The Clamp-Jacket not only protects the user from possible injury from the sharp hose clamp tail, it helps eliminate wear to surrounding material & completes work with a clean/finished appearance. Manufactured in EPDM rubber this product is extremely resistant to weathering, performs well in (brake fluids, acids, alkalies, ketones, oils, greases, water, steam up to 400° F), has a general temperature range from -65° to +300° F & is sized for 1/2" or 5/16" standard hose clamps.
